Removable constructions

Removable constructions have been used in dentistry for many years. These can be qualitative different. The simplest ones are the so called clasp-prosthetics. This is the most classic prosthesis. We prefer the porcelain veneered removable bridge, the high-end solution of removable prostheses. The connection with good retention that is made to last, is free form wear, as telescopic connections are made with the galvanic technique. If the axes of both preparations are good, an aesthetically pleasing construction can be made that cannot be differentiated from a classical bridge.
